NJIT and ‘Girl Starter’ are partnering to ignite interest and excitement around entrepreneurship in young women ages 18-24! Panel discussions, a pop-up shop and live casting area for Season 2 of ‘Girl Starter’ on TLC will be held on the NJIT Campus on June 16 and June 17.
The agenda for the two day event includes panel discussions on Funding Women Led Ventures,
#GirlBosses of Newark, #LocalNewark Support for Businesses, and more, all being explored by Newark’s foremost entrepreneurs, academic leaders, innovators, and technologists.
On June 17 at 10:45 AM, Lindsey C. Holmes, CEO/ Lead Strategist, Usable Tech Co will be interviewed by Lola Facetti of Girl Starter Season 1 for a panel on ‘The Impact of Social Media on Your Startup Success.’
